The Ubuntu Trademark Policy
 classifies "commercial
use" and "merchandising purposes" as a restricted use. You should
contact the Ubuntu trademark team
 to get a trademark license.

I was just having a very quick look on http://www.canonical.com/ but as
they are the parent company of ubuntu I'm sure an email there way should
get you the info you are after...

Printing Logo

Hi

I have a very important question, in regards to printing logos for the
machines I am selling:

 

I find I am able to use the penguin, with no problems, and the word Linux.

However I can find no info regarding printing stickers, that state ( Ubuntu
with the logo).

As I wanted to print a number of stick on vinyl labels:  stating Powered by
Ubuntu, with the Logo. and place them on the computers I am selling.

 

I can live with Powered by Linux, and the little penguin, just that it would
be nice to put the Ubuntu sign there as well.
