Successfully installed and run language-selector 0.34.2. Before we can actually backport the package, we need to make sure that it will work. To do this, I've tested backporting the package in my PPA (https://launchpad.net/~broder/+archive/backports-tests). There are instructions for enabling my PPA on that page under "Adding this PPA to your system". Please enable the PPA, install the jags package, and verify that you can still start the program. Hi, I want to understand what has been done here. sudo apt-get install jags I run the above command again. It seems that jags is still of version 1.0.4. This is means that this package hasn't been updated yet, right?
