  Reason for the backport:
  
  ipython 0.13 includes considerable improvements for the notebook which are 
well worth backporting to precise.
  also it is required to allow precise users to load the newer ipython notebook 
storage format.
  
  Testing:
  
  quantal can do without testing, the diff is essentially zero.
  the rest are all only suggests or recommends, there is no api breakage 
between 0.12 and 0.13 so nothing should break.
  The major rdeps have been tested.

Please backport arduino 1:1.0.2+dfsg-1 (universe) from raring to

Reason for the backport:

New version that includes support for newly released products (Arduino mini,
wifishield)

Testing:
