Martin (and possibly Micah), Sorry to ask stupid questions, but I thought that you might have more of an idea than me: Is Oracle's latest version of VBOX working on ubuntu? Is there any chance of backporting 5.0.10-dfsg-1 from Xenial to Wily? How is testing going? Is the GCC issue (mentioned above) related to graphics? -> I've been having lots of problems with my AMD graphics over the last few months and this is apparently due to the GCC update. Ubuntu have triaged this several times and have ended up rolling back to GCC 4.9, Every major kernel update makes my machine unbootable. This reminds me chillingly of the old BSOD situations I suffered years ago no my windows boxes every time I updated my video drivers.
