[Bug 267231] [NEW] please backport alpine 1.10 from intrepid

Public bug reported:

There are a few features in Alpine 1.10 that would be very helpful to me
in dealing with a semi-broken IMAP server.  Alpine 2.00 has been
released and would be nice to have, but I assume backporting a version
already in Intrepid would be easier for everyone.
