Sun Java 6u12 is an official release for all platforms. I must add to
the votes for it, as it has a working 64-bit plugin for Web browsers
which is considerably more stable in my usage here than any of the other
Java plugins available in Intrepid, including the OpenJDK one. Please
reconsider this backport to Intrepid.
