I need the libtorrent from rasterbar. But that isn't a backport
because Debian doesn't have libtorrent from rasterbar. :-(

libtorrent in debian isn't the same libtorrent in sourceforge.
Really confusing...

0.10.4 is the current version for debian.

[Bug 71249] pcre3 from 6.4 to 6.7

I want to request a backport to 6.7 because php5.2 needs it and I don't
want to use built-in librarys in php.

Is it possible with that library without break existing API?
Feisty has v6.7!

old API. They only break the API in major versions like 2.0 but not in
1.x.
