[Bug 880888] [NEW] clamav-unofficial-sigs doesn't test db's correctly

The latest package version available for 10.04 is 3.6-1 which doesn't properly check the integrity of the databases. Yes please.. I was tempted to try building the deb myself, but figured it was worth asking first.
