Public bug reported: I would like to request a backport of kipi-plugins 1.0.0-1ubuntu1 from Lucid to Karmic.
1.0.0 is new upstream release with many fixes and some new functionality. The source package from Lucid does not build in Karmic due to KDE 4.4 used in Lucid.
