That is a controversial layout of Bangladesh Government. Mustafa Jabbar 
says it's a copy of his Bijoy layout.

You can see the layout from: http://ekushey.org/?page/national_layout 
They have changed 2/3 little things, which did not up on Ekushey site 
yet, but soon will be.

কী-বোর্ড লে-আউট(National Keyboard Layout) বলা হয়।

national keyboard was invented to be used non-nationally. I mean thats not
used much. Most used layouts are unijoy/bijoy/munir etc.

hobe and restart korte hobe. Bangla'r jonno Ctrl+Alt+B aar English er jonno
Ctrl+Alt+E set kore nite paren.

m17n , language support থেকে Bengali ইত্যাদি সবগুলাই আমি ইনস্টল করেছি।
অভ্র এর স্বরবর্ণ (ন্যাশনাল কী-বোর্ডের জন্য) লেখার টিউটোরিয়ালে আছে " link key
+ া " লেখলে " আ " লেখা হবে।

সেই ভাবেই উবুন্টুতে চেষ্টা করলাম কিন্তু হচ্ছে না।

Install scim m17n to enable Bangla. Omi bro also likes that. I dont use
probhat.
As far as I heard the developer of Avro is too much bz in studies now and he
worked in that solely out of own pleasure. So, any further updates and
availability in other platforms are not expected very soon.

When I go to rome I would like to act as a roman. Probhat is the only way I
prefer and I even use probhat when I go to windows.
