[Ubuntu-be] InterLUG BBQ 2008 / July

InterLUG is inviting us to a BBQ in the Arlon area on July 19th.

FSUGAr is happy to announce the 2008 edition of the Interlug barbecue
that will gather many people from the Belgian Free Software world. This
time the event will take place in the Arlon area (Belgium) on Saturday
July 19th. All individuals interested in Free Software are welcome to
spend an afternoon/evening in good company starting at 11am at
"salle Le Pavillon" 104, route de Bouillon in Stockem, Belgium.

For practical reasons we adopted the same system as last year. Each
participant brings his own meat and beverages while FSUGAr provides
infrastructure and vegetables. Of course admission is completely free.

Every year InterLUG arranges a barbecue gathering Free Software people
from Belgium (and elsewhere) by delegating the organization to a member
association. After a three years gap NamurLUG took the initiative to
relaunch the event in 2007. The barbecue made around thirthy people
from BxLUG, LiLiT, SambreLUG, LouvainLiNux, FSUGAr and others as well
as Free Software enthusiasts that are not member of any LUG meet. This
year FSUGAr volunteered to set up the event and try to  expand
the range of it by inviting Flemish, Luxembourgish and French
associations.

The Free Software Users Group Arlon is a group that tries to promote
Free Software and train users. We have a monthly meeting every second
Saturday afternoon that you are welcome to attend.

InterLUG is an informal association that tries to federate Free Software
users groups. All members are currently French-speaking Belgian groups
but we would be glad to welcome other people. If you are responsible
for a LUG/FSUG and want to meet with other associations from different
areas please join the InterLUG mailing list and come meet us on July 19th.

InterLUG is not formaly affiliated with Interlug-fr.

FSUGAr heeft de eer om de editie 2008 van de InterLUG barbeque aan
te kondigen, die deze keer zal plaats hebben in de regio van Aarlen
(België) op zaterdag 19 juli en die meerdere mensen uit de vrije
software wereld zal samenbrengen.  Iedereen die van ver of dichtbij
geïnteresseerd is in vrije software, is dan ook welkom om een
namiddag/avond door te brengen in goed gezelschap vanaf 11 uur in
de zaal "Le Pavillon" aan de Route de Bouillon 104 in Stockem (nabij
Aarlen, België).

Om praktische redenen behouden we dezelfde formule als vorig jaar:
iedereen brengt zijn eigen vlees en drank mee, en de organisatoren
zorgen voor de infrastuctuur en de groenten.  De toegang is uiteraard
volledig gratis.

Ieder jaar verzorgt InterLUG een barbeque waarvan zij de organisatie
overlaat aan één van de verenigingen die er lid van zijn.  Na drie
jaar stilte heeft NamurLUG in 2007 de fakkel terug opgenomen met
een onvergetelijke barbeque waar tientallen leden van BxLUG, LiLiT,
SambreLUG, LouvainLinux, FSUGAr en anderen elkaar ontmoet hebben.
Dit jaar is het FSUGAr die de organisatie in handen neemt en hoopt
een breder publiek aan te spreken door ook Vlaamse, Luxemburgse en
Franse verenigingen uit te nodigen.

De Free Software Users Group Arlon is een groep die ijvert voor de
promotie en opleiding in vrije software en dit door middel van
maandelijkse bijeenkomsten telkens op de tweede zaterdag van de
maand waarop iedereen van harte welkom is.

InterLUG is een informele vereniging met als doelstelling het dichter
bijeenbrengen van gebruikersgroepen van vrije software.  Ze bestaat
momenteel voornamelijk uit Franstalige Belgische verenigingen maar
verwelkomt ook anderen.  Indien je verantwoordelijk bent voor een
LUG/FSUG en graag contact wil houden met gebruikersgroepen van andere
steden, schrijf je dan in op de InterLUG mailinglist en kom naar onze
barbeque.

InterLUG is niet verbonden met Interlug-fr.

Hey iedereen,

Het lijkt me het beste om de cd's via het studentennetwerk tot in Kortrijk
te krijgen.

Is er iemand hier die in Leuven studeert en in het weekend richting Kortrijk
gaat? Of ergens daar in de buurtt?
