[Ubuntu-be] Weekly meeting - let's have another one this Thursday

2011-07-17 Thread Jurgen Gaeremyn
Hey all,

we've been skipping a few Thursdays on the weekly meetings. Since it's
holidays and there's not that much activity - I can really understand
that. Previous meeting was in June, so I think it's getting time to
launch another meeting. We start at 9 PM sharp and finish around 11 PM.
(no dress code required, please bring your own drink)

*PLEASE ADD YOUR ITEMS TO THE AGENDA!*

I did some tweaking on the agenda page.
Here's the basics:
 * I worked with titles and subtitles (semantically more logic)
 * I split events into past and future.
** future events: if someone has something to say about an event:
please remove brackets. Topics between brackets just stay there as a
reminder.
 * I split up promotion into running projects and "ideas" (I was tempted
to call it "ideas and brainfarts but refrained) ;)

In a previous meeting-report I mentioned we were getting some free
publicity in "De Ledenaar" (23.000 ex. printed + online presence).
You can see it on this link (p. 4):

Hope to see you massively on the next meeting.

Hi Martijn,

Just wondering... what's your status on this event?
Next Thursday (or if you're not available August 4th) we'd like to hear
a little status update on this. Could you be present on the meeting?

I didn't get any feedback on the installment meeting - did this happen?

Grtz,
Jurgen.
