But still it's a bug, isn't it? And try to back to All Settings from any of system utilities if launched directly from dash. That's really frustrating. But the icon of the whole System Settings still remain. Otherwise if launching one of the settings (e.g. Privacy of whatever) applications directly from the dash and then press All settings the icon of first application remains in the launcher no matter what settings application runs.
