I just did:

And according to the output, only these packages even saw uploads during
the zesty cycle:

python-gtk2-doc, comitup, mate-tweak, python-gconf, python-gnome2,

Yeah, which is tiny compared to the rdeps for python3-gi, which is what
replaces this package. Anything that depends on pygobject-2 is going to
be abandonware stuck on python2 and gtk2.

Seems fine I guess? I tried to confirm with address-book-app and
messaging-app, but on my desktop I wasn't able to get either of them to
have a scrollbar (I can neither add contacts nor send messages, so both
apps just show an empty, scroll-less window). webbrowser-app at least
displays a real scrollbar that I can interact with, unlike what it did
those years ago when i reported this bug.

AUGH, as a workaround I installed Totem from the GNOME3 staging PPA,
that worked for a time but then this patch managed to work it's way
through debian and then to that PPA, too! Apparently nobody on the
desktop team or even in debian watches fullscreen movies!

for tenant-name in your environment configuration.


Took me some fiddling to figure out I needed python-novaclient installed for 
juju to even bootstrap. The package should definitely have a dependency on 
python-novaclient so that when i install juju it brings that in.

- lplib script and gnome-terminal when clicking the link would both
- truncate in the same way (especially since gnome terminal underlines the

- This is on xenial, with latest updates installed, using firefox as

That is actually a planned feature, but don't hold your breath. The
roadmap for getting there is quite long.

after installing packages, so it's not that far off from released
images.

I just got this on a krillin, wily image 105 from channel ubuntu-touch
/devel-proposed/krillin.en, except it's even worse because when I try
step 8 it still shows swipe (no security) in system settings despite
the fact that it does quire a password to unlock the screen. all
attempts to set the security with system settings fail.

Ah, this seems to be caused by me corrupting juju's state by deleting
some files I shouldn't. Stopping doing that and now bootstraps are
working fine.
