[Bug 621927] Re: Embedded Terminal Emulator isn't giving a TERM variable

2010-09-11 Thread David Lavoie
Have the same problem, I added the:
export TERM=xterm
to my ~/.bashrc file to correct on all guake tabs (must restart guake or open a
new guake tab to see the results)

[Bug 94770] Full X crash when changing # of desktops in switcher (running beryl)

2007-03-22 Thread David Lavoie
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

Basically I am running Beryl with Emerald.

I noticed that my desktop switcher (which was set to 4 desktops
originally to match my cube) was not properly displaying along with the
Beryl cube, so I went into prefs and switched it to 2 desktops (original
setting) causing the gnome-panel to die, then all windows dissapeared,
and I could not even CTRL-ALT-BACKSPACE out. had to do a manual reboot.

Not a problem, just trying to contribute as much as possible.
Using 7.04 as my primary very heavily so I will continue to send bug
reports/

If there is anything further I can supply that would help you (in my
