Als je een sessie geeft: Voor een hands-on workshop zijn er gemiddeld 20 deelnemers. Voor een presentatie zijn er een onbeperkt aantal, variërend van 15 tot 50. We vragen een forfaitair bedrag van 45 euro om je sessie aan te kondigen op de website. Mocht ze niet doorgaan wegens te weinig inschrijvingen, dan heb je slechts dat bedrag te betalen. Vindt de sessie plaats, dan komt er een kostprijs van 75 euro administratieve kosten bij. Daarnaast vragen we 9 euro per persoon die deelneemt aan je sessie. Stel dat er 20 deelnemers zijn, dan wordt dat dus 20 keer dat bedrag. Maximaal rekenen we 30 deelnemers aan, zijn er meer dan betaal je nooit meer dan 30 keer dat bedrag. Met dat budget betalen we de hogeschool, de onkosten, de lesgevers, ... Ook voor jouw sessie. Als je dus zelf een lesgever voorziet (of zelf lesgeeft), mag je van de totaalsom 125 euro aftrekken. Die vergoeden we immers per sessie. Als standhouder: Mocht je een stand (6m²) wensen te zetten, dan vragen we 675 euro (incl. 2 standhouders) + 55 euro per extra standhouder. Je wordt dan ook vermeld op de website (met tekst en logo) bij de exposanten en in een mailing naar alle gebruikers, met info over je aanbod. Als standhouder mag je s middags een presentatie geven van 20 voor een onbepaald aantal deelnemers. Daarvoor vragen we 280 euro. Draagtas: Als je een folder of gadget in de draagtas wil stoppen, vragen we 270 euro. Alle bedragen zijn excl. BTW.
