[Ubuntu-BR] Sem wireless no Karmic
Olá pessoal! Gostaria de resolver um problema com minha conexão wireless. Hoje pela manhã, após um update, simplesmente o karmic não se conectou em nenhuma rede, aquele ícone demonstrando interatividade entre o note e o roteador fica verde nas duas bolinhas mas isso fico assim pra sempre. Tentei fazer um downgrade no network-manager-gnome mas não obtive sucesso. Cheguei até a remover o pacote network-manager e instalar o wicd, mas o wicd desconecta logo após requisitar um IP. A rede é pequena, temos uns 6 notes com winxp e o meu com o ubuntu karmic. Os outros notes estão OK. Como proceder? Obrigado a todos! [Ubuntu-BR] Conexão me amargurando
Olá pessoal! Sou novato no Linux mais tenho conhecimento suficiente para ama-lo e respeita-lo. Meu problema surgiu após a troca da empresa que me fornece acesso à internet. Antes eu tinha a BrasilTelecom e tudo funcionava nos trinques, agora eu troquei para uma empresa que fornece a conexão para o meu prédio todo, e o Ubunto 7.10 parou de conectar-se à internet, mas o Windows está funcionando direitinho... Essa empresa chamada de NetWizard nos concede a conexão por meio de sinal de rádio, mas o que chega em nossos computadores aqui no prédio é o cabo de rede... Tentei instalar o ubuntu em outras máquinas do prédio mais mesmo assim não funcionou, estou desesperado e não sei mais o que fazer... Tirei alguns relatórios e uma printscreen. [Ubuntu-BR] Ubuntu lento em Compaq nx6110
Ola' pessoal! Fazia um tempo que eu nao instalava o ubuntu em um notebook, e quando instalei a versao 7.10 fiquei impressionado com as novas facilidades. A evolucao em questao de wireless estao me surpreendendo! Porem uma coisa ainda esta' me tirando do serio, o ubuntu esta rodando muito mais lento que o RUINdow$ Eu me nego em ter que acreditar nisso, prefiro 40 mil veses acreditar que foi alguma configuracao errada que eu causei. Se eu tentar abrir o LimeWire e o Firefox ao mesmo tempo a maquina fica muito lento, o que nao acontece no RUINdow$.. Alguem poderia me dar uma luz de por onde comecar a pesquisar sobre esse eventual incomodo? Desculpem a falta de acentos e cedilha.. Amigo voc^não entendeu direito. Essa máquina com o Linux eu quero que seja somente umais uma estação na rede... Não usamos proxy, somente uma conexão com o modem e um server de DHCP (win2k3). O que acontece é que eu não estou conseguindo fazer o linux se conectar com a internet, apt-get não está funcionando.. Eu consigo pingar uma outra maquina que está dentro da rede, mas não consigo pingar um site qualquer como o google ou o terra.. Por isso achei que minhas configurações no INTERFACES poderiam estar erradas.. Obrigado pela ajuda pessoal! Vcs são 10! Olá pessoal, Desculpe se essa questão já havia sido levantada mais eu não conseguir achar um tópico relacionado, talvez por falta de tempo. Gostaria de saber se existe algum meio que eu possa fazer a administração do Ruindows Messenger (principalmente o Live) por meio de um servidor ubuntu 7.04. Quando falo em administração estou me referindo a possibilidades como bloquear a adição de novos contatos, permitir o logon em contas que terminam com domínio @minhaempresa.com.br, e assim por diante. Se alguém tiver uma ideia diferente tb estou disposto a sugestões. [Ubuntu-BR] Erro no DHCP
Olá pessoal, O Ubuntu Server está conceguindo configurar a placa mão diz que não acha uma ROTA PADRÃO.. Estou em uma rede de um prédio que chega até nós por meio de sinal de rádio.. Alguém teria alguma sugestão? Tento configurar manualmente botando meu IP, gateway e IP do servidor mas mesmo assim não concigo.. O debian também não está conceguindo configurar por DHCP..
