[Bug 92451] some installed fonts are not available
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: fontconfig This is Kubuntu Dapper Drake, however i carefully read the bugs database and it seems it has not been reported yet. In KDE's font chooser (log in as admin) Helvetica Condensed is not displayed. When you manually browser /usr/share/fonts/type1/gsfonts it is properly installed and usable though. In Openoffice this font is also missing. This makes me thing it might be a fontconfig limitation. Possible bug: Condensed is not a font familly on its own but kind of speacial "shape" of a font family (don't know the proper wording, go ask a typesetter). However as far as I can tell the Condensed information is still in fonts.dir ** Affects: fontconfig (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- some installed fonts are not available https://launchpad.net/bugs/92451 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 92447] The accelerator A is used twice in Network Settings DNS Server tab
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: kde-systemsettings In KDE System Settings go to Network Settings, Domain Name System settings. Note that A is the accelerator for the Add button for the DNS Servers list, the Static Hosts list and the Apply button at the bottom right -- all of which are currently disabled. Now enter Administrator Mode and again see the DNS tab. Now the accelerator for "Add" of Static Hosts has been changed so as to not conflict with that of "Add" of DNS servers, but still the accelerator for Apply is the same. (Do some harmless change like typing a letter and erasing it to enable the Apply button.) This must be corrected. ** Affects: kde-systemsettings (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- The accelerator A is used twice in Network Settings DNS Server tab https://launchpad.net/bugs/92447 -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list kubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
