Please note that Windows 9x/Me/NT4 support will be dropped in the next releases of TiEmu. But, the v3.03 will still be available in the download section so that Windows 9x/Me/NT4 users can still get it. # 14/01/2008 by roms: Six months later, we are happy to announce TiEmu 3.02 with many improvements and bug fixes. The most important improvement is probably the ability to choose between two debugging mode: a single VTi-style window (new) and the multi window system (current). So, TiEmu is now very closed VTi in terms of debugger behaviour and appearance! # 30/08/2007 by roms: TiEmu 3.01 has just been released with many improvements and sound emulation. Please note that USB driver has been removed but re-added in TiEmu 3.01a. # 28/05/2006 by roms: Development of TiEmu2 has stopped (see ML for details). [Bug 338291] Re: cannot set lpd printer with system-config-printer
I tried the Probe button after entering the IP address of a network printer from HP (LaserJet P3005). This made system-config-printer freeze (moving a window over the new printer wizard window wipes out the content of the new printer wizard window). Seems that the probing process was running and never finishing (I saw typical LPD queue names, like PASSTHRU, lp, PORT1, LPT0, ... be written into the console from which I started system-config-printer, even after removing the frozen windows with xkill. But this is another bug. So I tried without using the Probe button, by only typing IP and queue name and this does not activate the Forward button. I did not try the GIT HEAD after the Ubuntu Feature Freeze. I made the last snapshot a day before Feature Freeze and after that I only applied patches from upstream to fix bugs. -- cannot set lpd printer with system-config-printer https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/338291 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Thanks for the bug report. I might be misunderstanding what you want or there are 2 problems. The first thing is that update-manager cannot recover from a failed update. [Bug 319096] Re: Please upgrade git-core to 1.6.2
Scott, On Jan. 19, well before the feature freeze, a bug report was filed to bring git 1.6.0.4 to 1.6.0.6 to fix bugs and the patch to do so was even provided. You had some initial issues with the patch, but after they were addressed you assigned yourself to the bug report on Jan. 20. Then you decided to wait until after the feature freeze to say None of these bugs seem severe enough to warrant breaking... Feature Freeze. Scott, is it standard practice for member's of Ubuntu's technical board to assign themselves to bugs with patches submitted over a month before the feature freeze then wait until after the feature freeze and say sorry, can't fix bugs after the feature freeze. Perhaps this is why Ubuntu has so many un-fulfilled confirmed bug reports. Please: 1. Don't assign yourself to bugs of packages you have a public disdain for [1] if you won't patch them. 2. Don't assign yourself to bugs with a patch, then wait until after feature freeze to say sorry, it's now too late. PS. To be fair, most other Ubuntu developers do upload your patches when you get patches into the form they request when submitted a month before the feature freeze. [Bug 298628] Re: [8.10 regression] nautilus and sshfs : volumes are detected as 0 bytes-free
@jap1968: This is completely normal and expected behaviour. SSH doesn't offer disk size fetching for remote drives, this would require relying on specific software at the target. SSHFS tries to rely on SSH only and AFAIK they don't plan to implement an additional layer. The 1000GB are there because something has to be, and people wouldn't like if it was 0 or any small value that actually could be misleading. -- [8.10 regression] nautilus and sshfs : volumes are detected as 0 bytes-free https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/298628 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 341803] [NEW] Reports 3 mobile broadband connections and name is much too long
Public bug reported: I am seeing what appears to probably be two separate bugs in nm-applet. 1. It shows much too wide name for my broadband device. There appears to have been bugs filed about this before for other devices. Is there no way to fix this generically so it doesn't keep happening? 2. It shows three devices for my broadband device, I'm pretty sure in the past it only showed one. I don't use it much so I usually just have it deactivated and don't see it at all during that time. And I am pretty sure it is only actually supposed to show one, if the others are supposed to be there for some reason they probably should indicate what they are for. Till, why not just try 1.1.x and see if it's fixed there? If it is (and there have been changes in this area as you can see for yourself), you can just fetch the fix and build it in your package.
