As a consequence of this the home page is http://localhost/w3c-validator/. [Bug 709633] [NEW] luxrender needs packaging
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: luxrender LuxRender is a free software rendering system for physically correct image synthesis, licensed under the GPLv3. It compiles natively under GNU for amd64 and i686. The latter has two variants, the first requiring SSE2 extensions, but it is possible to build a version for legacy i686 systems with only regular SSE extensions. [Bug 635698] Re: encrypted home-folder not unlocked when login
I ran Lubuntu 10.10 in a virtualbox VM, added a user with an encrypted home directory and demonstrated the original bug. Enabled -proposed, updated the world, rebooted the VM, and verified I can now access that encrypted home directory immediately after login. Since I am running virtualbox-ose I cannot test the USB stick mount issues relating to libpam-ck-connector directly. I confirm the proposed lxdm package as a Conflicts: libpam-ck-connector entry, but that's as far as I can go with testing that. However, there is *another* rather nasty encryption-related issue that appears, and I am not sure whether it is related to this fix or not: after doing all the above (installed Lubuntu, update it, add a user with an encrypted home, add -proposed to sources, update and upgrade, reboot, verify encrypted home user now automounts his home), it seems that apt- get autoremove tries to remove packages it should be leaving well alone: sudo apt-get autoremove -s [sudo] password for jonathan: Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... [Bug 599316] Re: keyboard starts repeating the last pressed key
I am having a problem with version 10.10 just tried to install on a Pentium 4. Once I get to the who are you? screen as soon as I start to type after about 4 or 5 characters it just repeats whatever key I press at that time, no specific letter. It also happens when I try to detect keyboard layout automatically. When it asks you to select different letters it eventually locks up. When the window is closed using the mouse and if I click on an entry box it then shows what key has been repeating. It has happened everytime in the same screen now going on 4 intalls. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/599316 Title: keyboard starts repeating the last pressed key -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
