[Bug 610285] Re: touch mouse is not working
I am running: Release 10.04 (lucid) Kernel Linux 2.6.32-31-generic GNOME 2.30.2 As this is my work laptop (the one I use to earn a living) it's risky for me to change releases - and that's the reason I have an LTS version loaded. That said, I can try if I can get a lot of hand-holding. Which kernels are of interest? It's (the touchpad) is completely dead right now, even when the laptop is plugged into the wall. If I were a guessing person, I might guess that the initialization string gets sent too early, and it never gets resent. [Bug 776872] [NEW] nrpe-server isn't started in default runlevels
Public bug reported: The nagios nrpe-server isn't started after upgrading from ubuntu 10.10 to 11.04. The server awaits networking active, but is started at a time networking isn't active. Start fails therefore. Solution: the server should start regardless networking started or not, then bind to interfaces as soon as they are available and assigned an address, or starting nrpe should happen after networking is up and fully configured.
