(In reply to comment #2) It's absolutely worse that what is describe on 3.4.3 version If the document used was created by a previous version, trying to edit an existing charts remove all references to the data series sources. The previous data, sometimes exist but as a table, like if they were copied from the initial data series. On columns chart type with 3.4.3 the data source is killed, and then there's no way for the users to retrieve it. Even ctrl+Z doesn't restore the chart. - Data corruption ! You need to use a previous version of the document if it saved, there's no more data. See the different print-screen attached. This as been tested and confirmed under Linux 64bits (openSUSE 11.4 / 12.1 ) + windows 7 64bits, and windows xp 32 bits (legacy LOO.exe installer) It is a different issue. AFAIK it is not the correct behavior to have the button Data table activated inside Calc. This button is useful when you insert your chart in a text document using copy-paste. All works as expected in LibO 3.4.4 under Ubuntu 10.04 x86_64 with FR langpack. Please try again with the current release. Best regards. I can confirm the problem on Xubuntu 11.10 to. I don't get any signal on the TV screen with kernel 3.0.0-12 and kernel 3.0.0-13. The s-video port is detected and listed on xrandr. The refresh rate is given with 30hz, but is seems to bee wrong for a PAL-TV. If I use an installed lucid kernel 2.6.32-36 so I can switch on the s-video port and I get the expected picture on my TV screen. But is not possible to switch the s-video port off again. On Ubuntu 10.04 and Debian Squeeze the s-video port is able to work as expected. Why would a lambda user be forced to go through dconf-editor (which they probably don't know anything about) in order to have the laptop shutdown when they close the lid because they are finished with their session ? Although the problem was reported under bug #840082 and resolved via a 0.9.0-ubuntu3, it creeps back into 12.04 Alpha. The system is able to detect the dongle, it reports logging into home network However, trying to establish internet connection will result in failed connection. Work around == * this was accidentally found while trying to study the problem. 1. Find the pid of NetworkManager (ps -aef | grep -i networkmanager) 2. kill -9 PID; NetworkManager --no-daemon 3. try to connect to internet, for my case it works. No guarantee though. [Bug 899927] [NEW] powernap 2.15-0ubuntu2 InputMonitor not working also breaks DiskMonitor
Public bug reported: I noticed that my system was going into standby at odd times, when it should have been staying on. I make use of the DiskMonitor plugin that I authored some time back. I investigated and found that the InputMonitor doesn't seem to be loading/parsing correctly at init time (see attached log file '*.broke'). At least, it doesn't list as 'starting' in in the debug log with DEBUG=3 set. Since the DiskMonitor loads after the InputMonitor, it too is not getting loaded properly. I found that if I change the order of the config stanzas in the config file and put the DiskMonitor above the InputMonitor, it loads properly and works as expected. I'm guessing that something is going wrong with the parsing/loading of the InputMonitor options and so the DiskMonitor options do not get reached in the config file. I will attach 3 files. The first powernap.config.diff contains the differences between the default config file and my working config file that allows DiskMonitor to load and work properly. The second powernap.log.broke shows the DEBUG=3 output of /var/log/powernap.log when I load with DiskMonitor as the last config stanza. Note that neither the InputMonitor or DiskMonitor stanza is being loaded. The final powernap.log.works shows the DEBUG=3 output of /var/log/powernap.log when I load using the config file as described by powernap.config.diff above. In this run I have simply moved the DiskMonitor stanza above the InputMonitor stanza. Note that the DiskMonitor plugin now loads.
