Yes.

Additional info: 
-The "Detect Displays" button in the "Displays" window shows "Built-in Display" 
and "Samsung Electric Company 27" both in the top-left corner of the left 
monitor, overlapping each other.
-I, if I remember correctly, if I do not use xrandr to nullify the panning, 
that is if I use the Display window for setting the displays, the left most 
monitor incorrectly pans to the right when the mouse reaches the right monitor 
space. So the left most monitor acts like it has both monitors' display space.

There is already a "Proxy" entry field when setting up a new OpenConnect
VPN connection that does what you want.

It probably does not auto-populate from the system-wide proxy setting.

  I have a problem with my system freezing, not sure what is causing it.
  
  Like a minute ago, my mouse wouldn't click any links, but the mouse icon
  would change to that of when mousing over a hyper-link, when my mouse
  was such above the link. It appears to be focus problem, getting stuck
  somewhere.
  
  I'm not sure how to report it, because it's asking for an application and I 
don't know which application to put it under.
  I got it to freeze when editing the keyboard shortcuts via Unity Control 
Centre, twice as a double check after the first time, to see if it was just a 
coincidence.

[Bug 1575813] [NEW] Dual boot does not work after upgrade to 16.04

Public bug reported:

I upgraded from 15.10 to 16.04. The process was not completed apparently
due a problem with shim-signed. I now find the following message every
time I try to update the system:

Setting up shim-signed (1.12+0.8-0ubuntu2) ...
Installing for x86_64-efi platform.
grub-install: error: cannot find EFI directory.
dpkg: error processing package shim-signed (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
 shim-signed
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Furthermore, I have a dual boot system with Windows and Ubuntu but only
the latter works. Something seems to have gone south with UEFI. I attach
the efibootmgr output. My /etc/fstab looks as follows

I would bump the importance of this. After a reboot, my machine has no
network connectivity until I login at the actual machine. This is a PITA
for my remotely administered machine, which I normally access via SSH or
RDP. My best workaround is to move this machine to a location where I
can string a wired cat5e/6. Wired works fine.

So the strace shows the expected behavior as far as detecting and
connecting to your proxy, it then shows the expected "CONNECT" command
being issued, the rest after that point is a TLS discussion so not
something that can be figured out from an strace...

That combined with the fact that using images: works as expected, makes
me strongly suspect something weird going on with your proxy server...
Can you share any details as to what software is used for that proxy,
what version and even better, what configuration?

I tried here with squid3 from trusty and xenial and can't reproduce the
problem.

[Bug 1575809] [NEW] keyboard layout change applet doesn't work on login screen

I installed Ubuntu with some layout mainly used the other users (standard 
layout). I selected another layout for my own session (Dvorak type layout).
No issues so far, after logon my Dvorak layout is selected by default on my 
account only.

Nevertheless, when I am on the logging screen, the kb layout applet
let's me choose the layout I want to use, but whatever the choice, it is
the main layout which is chosen.

This was working fine on 14.04. This bug happens with a  fresh install
of 16.04 .

is low, but when we go into a deep idle on a HLT or WAIT we're taking a
while to get active again.

 1. Open the print dialog with e.g. File → Print or (hamburger icon) → Print → 
Print
 2. Select a non-default printer
 3. Select one of the tabs in the dialog, e.g. Page Setup

EXPECTED RESULTS
The tab is opened for the selected printer.

ACTUAL RESULTS
The Print to File printer is selected and does not open the tab. The other tabs 
available in other printers (but not in this virtual printer for Print to File) 
are missing. Continuing to print will attempt to print to file.

WORKAROUND
 1. After the Print to File printer is selected, click the Page Setup or 
Options tabs
 2. Change options as needed
 3. Select the General tab
 4. Reselect the right printer and those settings will be applied
…but note that you can't change anything on other tabs.

 * 20 April, I received an update to 45.0.2+build1-0ubuntu0.14.04.1, which was 
unaffected. There have been no other updates since.

When you say the problem occurs with any AnyConnect client, do you mean
the official client as well? If so then this is probably not a bug in
NetworkManager or OpenConnect. Do the same symptoms occur when
connecting with OpenConnect directly on the command line instead of
through NetworkManager?

[Bug 1575800] [NEW] post processing neutron fails to configure network

Once a deploy has completed using the OpenStack with Nova-LXD bundle
there are attempts made to configure neutron automatically for a more
turnkey experience. Problem is we do not want to mess with the existing
lxdbr0 for this so a new bridge will need to be defined and configured
to work with neutron.

The bug is currently a network is defined but not associated with any
bridge from the host system.

the cloud-images.ubuntu.com source doesn't seem to be working.

Hi I am using the Meizu MX4 with OTA-10 update. I totally agree, that the scope 
text size is just too small, far smaller than the website you navigate to from 
the scope,  such as the BBC.  If possible the user should be given the option 
to increase the font size in the settings menu (or have a number of fonts to 
select from). 
Personally I think this is the single most important issue,  apart from the 
general operation speed, unreliable Today scope and dropping miracast on the 
MX4 & BQ phones. 

Note, I have also just received my BQ M10 tablet, I thought at least on
the larger screen the text size could be OK (its slightly better), but
to have the option to adjust it would still help many people.

Please reconsider raising the priority for this very important problem.

Another workaround, using one keyboard shortcut acting as  CTRL-ALT-F1 /
CTRL-ALT-F7 sequence :

- create a script with the following lines :

   sudo /bin/chvt 1
   sudo /bin/chvt 7

- add a keyboard shortcut to this script

- add permission in /etc/sudoers
 =  NOPASSWD: /bin/chvt

sudo openstack-install -u
rm -rf ~/.cloud-install


Then re-run the installer, please note that you do not have to define 
--openstack-release as Autopilot is already configured to use the appropriate 
version.

Also note on 16.04 you'll want to use the new installer via `conjure-up
openstack` (apt install conjure-up)

It affects me too, on a clean install. Previously, this machine was
running 16.04 that I had upgraded from 15.10. It worked fine with 15.10
and 16.04. Then, I ended up doing a clean install of 16.04, for
unrelated issues, and now I have this problem too.

Once I log in, my wireless autoconnects to my network. I just can't do
it at the login screen.

I have two other wireless 16.04 machines, upgraded from 15.10, and they
are fine. I have only seen this problem on a clean 16.04 install.
