Hello John. I have tested this with a testing GMAIL account on the Thunderbird 60 (latest version - manual testing upgrade) and version 57.0b2 (available through beta upgrade channel). In these two versions, the deleted emails go correctly to the trash bin. Just to clarify, In the account --> settings --> server settings, under "Server Settings" section in the right hand pane, you have the following Under “When I delete a message:” you have selected the “move it to this folder:” option and in the drop down to the right of this option, you have selected “Gmail” and then “Trash” Is that correct? [Bug 1787713] Re: upgrade from 16.04 to 18.04 fails
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The error that you are a reporting is a package conflict between a package from the official Ubuntu archive and a package from the ubuntu-toolchain-r test PPA. [Bug 1787757] [NEW] pinning doesn't recognizes releases names
Public bug reported: Because pinning doesn't recongnizes releases names and treats them alphabetically it fails knowing which package is newest. [Bug 1787704] Re: sudo do-release-upgrade
This is due in part to the ubuntu-toolchain test ppa you have enabled and installed packages from. [Bug 1764965] Re: [Realtek ALC1220 ASUS PRIME X370] Recording is very slow and plays 10x faster
@Jacopo, I think this problem may be an incompatibility issue between the PulseAudio driver (if driver is the correct term) and the ALC1220 chipset/codec. I used this procedure to disable PulseAudio and found that I could record normally (link follows): https://kodi.wiki/view/PulseAudio/HOW- TO:_Disable_PulseAudio_and_use_ALSA_(without_removing_PulseAudio)_for_Ubuntu Disabling PulseAudio will also disable HDMI out. I use the affected machine for home theater so I must enable PulseAudio for that. The linked procedure is simple but requires some time and a reboot. Ultimately, it would be nice for a computer coder (perhaps associated with PulseAudio) to get PulseAudio to work with the ALC1220 chipset/codec. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1764965 Title: [Realtek ALC1220 ASUS PRIME X370] Recording is very slow and plays 10x faster To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/1764965/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Hello David, Thank you for submitting this bug and reporting a problem with cups. You made this bug report some time ago and Ubuntu and cups have been updated since then. Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the ticket? If it is still a problem, are you still interested in finding a solution to this bug? If you are, could you let us know and, in the current version, could you run the following (only once): apport-collect 1429444 and upload the updated logs and and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue. [Bug 800152] Re: Firefox uncorrect rendering of FreeSans accented carachter
Livmion, Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu and Firefox since that time. Your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test on a currently supported Ubuntu version. When you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running only once in a terminal: apport-collect 800152 and add any additional information that you think relevant. Alternatively, please confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the report. If we do not hear from you this bug report will close in approximately 60 days time. Thank you again for helping make Ubuntu better.
