[Bug 1029289] Re: Need to authorize my google account each time I boot the computer
I have Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit (all updates as of this post). I can access mail (Gmail) just fine, but when I switch to Calendar (Google Cal) or Contacts (Google Contacts) in Evolution, I am asked for authorization. Even after entering my password I'm revoked each time I try to access the Calendar or Contacts. I have two-factor authentication on Google account. Upon Ubuntu 14.04 initial release I had no issues accessing Email, Calendar, or Contacts. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1029289 Title: Need to authorize my google account each time I boot the computer To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/account-plugins/+bug/1029289/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1104476] Re: Network manager cannot connect to WPA2/PEAP/MSCHAPv2 network without CA_Certificate
My apologies for the typo, I meant without - so the corrected version: Downloaded latest gnome-network-manager update from repository on Ubuntu 14.04 64bit - I am now able to connect without a CA Certificate :-) - issue appears to be resolved on Ubuntu 14.04 Update: I am being prompted for the WiFi password on the network without the CA Certificate every time I power on the computer, but once I enter the password it connects. This behavior only occurs on boot up; recovering from suspend has no issues. [Bug 1104476] Re: Network manager cannot connect to WPA2/PEAP/MSCHAPv2 network without CA_Certificate
I can also confirm that workaround in comment #138 works as well. I'm also on Ubuntu 14.04. However, I am now prompted at login (of the OS) for the WiFi password on the PEAP network, but hitting cancel, then logging in seems to work fine. All other networks don't bother me with a pop-up at login. Will this CA Certificate bug in Network Manager be fixed in 14.04, or is 14.10 the expection? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1104476 Title: Network manager cannot connect to WPA2/PEAP/MSCHAPv2 network without CA_Certificate To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/network-manager/+bug/1104476/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 956863] Re: Top panel shadow is drawn above presentation when using LibreOffice Impress with Presenter Console
I second bdrung's nomination! Ideally, there's a way to specify different statuses for different releases/versions of the package, but I don't know if that's possible. This is possible by nominating the bug for series. According to the previous comments, this bug is fixed in Ubuntu 12.10, but not in Ubuntu 12.04 (precise). Therefore I nominated this bug for precise. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/956863 Title: Top panel shadow is drawn above presentation when using LibreOffice Impress with Presenter Console To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/956863/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 608806] Re: wrong version is packaged: 1.8 not 1.9
I am using Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid), and I downloaded chocolate-doom for the Synaptic Package Manager, letting it include its dependencies of course. I received the error above, and the solution I found was: 1. Download the 1.9 DOOM1.WAD file from here: http://doom.wikia.com/wiki/DOOM1.WAD 2. Run the terminal command below: sudo cp ~/Downloads/doom1.wad /usr/share/games/doom/doom1.wad Result: Game starts up and doesn't crash :) Hope this helps. -- wrong version is packaged: 1.8 not 1.9 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/608806 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
