[Bug 897278] [NEW] Rename File System Quete
Public bug reported: When using the Music Lens in Ubuntu 11.10 it moves the media to a area in the left menu in Banshee 2.2.1 called File System Queue, I believe it would be better to name it Unity Lens Queue as so the new user knows how they made it, and why it is there. As well as clearing the queue once you quit Banshee. Thanks for reading. ** Affects: banshee (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/897278 Title: Rename File System Quete To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/banshee/+bug/897278/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

It's just that Unity uses the same mechanism for playing music files. status invalid Invalid? does that mean it is useless? or just not worth working on? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/897278 Title: Rename File System Quete To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/banshee/+bug/897278/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 715185] Re: Non-removable volume doesn't show up in Unity dock after mount.
This bug does not effect me at all, just mounted my Windows partition with nautilus and it shows up in Unity right after that. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/715185 Title: Non-removable volume doesn't show up in Unity dock after mount. Re: [Bug 897278] [NEW] Rename File System Quete
I have all music in banshee's library, and that comes from using the Music Lens. Extension in Banshee or unity? It means it's not really a bug. Well a new extension that provides better integration between the Unity Music Lens and Banshee would be nice though. The File System Queue is meant for files that are not in the library, but the Music Lens is supposed to play files already imported into the library. This results in some inconsistencies like what you pointed out. -- Kind regards, Loong Jin -- You received this bug notification because you are subscribed to the bug report. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/897278 Title: Rename File System Quete Status in “banshee” package in Ubuntu: Invalid Bug description: When using the Music Lens in Ubuntu 11.10 it moves the media to a area in the left menu in Banshee 2.2.1 called File System Queue, I believe it would be better to name it Unity Lens Queue as so the new user knows how they made it, and why it is there.
