[Bug 220263]

2019-01-01 Thread Abhishek Madhu
(possible way to solve this issue?)

Sir,
One option might be to remove all dependency on system themes.
Firefox shouldn't care about the system themes. No dependence.

All text should be rendered:
1. like the .css developer wanted
or, 2. if he uses !important, render it simply black on white.

In a nutshell, default FF canvas(for everything, including input boxes) and
font should be white and black respectively.
We shouldn't inherit this from the system theme. Why should we? Do we really
need to?

Hope this would nullify @dbaron sir's requirements and make it easier to
implement this, sooner.

Thank You

[Please do not ban me if this does not help. Ping me and I'll remove it myself.
This is my first time coming out with ideas as stupid as this :)]

2018-05-04 Thread Abhishek Madhu
Thank you.

** Description changed:

The Documentation at the "Ubuntu Desktop Guide/Install & remove
  software/Add a PPA" gives non-existent instructions:

The guide for PPA addition says

  1. On the PPA's overview page, look for the heading .. (not the point)
  2. Click the Ubuntu Software icon . (not the point)
  3. When Ubuntu Software launches, click Software & Updates [DOES NOT EXIST]
  4. Switch to the Other Software tab. ['OTHER SOFTWARES' TAB DOES NOT EXIST]

Same is the issue for Adding Software Repositories, and others on the
  page.
