[Bug 1072946] [NEW] Network manager is connected but reports / as the Access Point dbus object
Public bug reported: NetworkManager is behaving inconsistently in my MacBook Air 13 I am connected to an access point but NetworkManager is failing to provide the ActiveAccessPoint property consistently. /org/freedesktop/NetworkManager/ActiveConnection/15 is reported as the ActiveConnection property of the org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.Device interface in the only device in my machine: /org/freedesktop/NetworkManager/Devices/0 However, the AccessPoint property of the org.freedekstop.Device.Wireless interface of the same object, is reporting / as its value. This happens with a very specific Access Point in the hotel I am staying on at UDS, so I don't have much time to reproduce this. [Bug 926859] Re: llvmpipe software rendering needs blacklisting in unity-support-test
Stephane, just a comment though, Unity 2D will stop being OpenGL-less once Qt5 is out (though we can stick to Qt4). There are very good reasons to improve the llvmpipe experience, however, I do agree, that if we cannot achieve a decent experience _right now_, we should avoid shipping it by default. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/926859 Title: llvmpipe software rendering needs blacklisting in unity-support-test To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/926859/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 524541] Re: Volume (slider) item isn't highlighted when selected
Depending on which area we should highlight this bug is going to have different fixes. Note however that if we only want to highlight the grip, things are slightly easier. If we want to highlight the whole row, the fix is going to be a bit harder, since we are using offscreen windows here and they can't be painted transparent yet. Gtk+ has a fix for this on master but we won't be able to take advantage of that until 3.4 is out. [Bug 760879] Re: Window menu is hidden
Window Menu is hidden on purpose. [Bug 664731] Re: OpenOffice.org menus don't appear in the menu bar
@Robert: Embedding a Gtk+ Widget into LibreOffice would be a total nightmare and the code would be a lot more prone to regressions as it would imply some nasty integration with the OOo/LO widget system (using the offscreen windows in Gtk+ and doing event redirection). The only Gtk+ widgets used in OOo are Dialogs which do not present this problem.
