[Bug 95503] Locale settings makes seahorse crash
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: seahorse I'm using pt-BR locale and the date format used on this locale is dd/mm/ and en-US locale is mm/dd/ . When I try to set the expiration date of a key using pt-BR locale (environment variable LANGUAGE=pt_BR:pt:pt_PT) it does not set the key stating that there was a general error, if I set LANGUAGE=en_US:en:en_GB it works as planned. ** Affects: seahorse (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- Locale settings makes seahorse crash https://launchpad.net/bugs/95503 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

This is a problem that seems to appear on latest vmware-player ubuntu package. [Bug 55518] Re: SMB printer does not work
I had a problem with these characteristics today and the solution was to open /etc/cups/printers.conf and rename the printer from LaserJet-1300 to HP-1300 . I found out that the most updated version of Dapper samba packages do not share if the printer is named LaserJet-* .
