yes, I does work , I mean it writes some stuff on the floppy and then tells me the installation is finished successfully or some message like that. But , in my case (installing Ubuntu on a USB Hard Drive with a motherboard that can not boot from USB which makes me use floppy), after booting from the floppy that was prepared by Ubuntu installer, I get an error , "grub error" This could be totally different issue and not related to this bug. Hello Bryce, thanks for the attention. the crushes append when I was using the on board Intel x4500hd in forced XAA mode (EXA crushed right away) with no other parameters set in the xorg.conf. because of this problem I went back to my old Nvidia card witch works perfectly. if you want I'll try to reproduce it again, if no one else encountered the problem. Hi Chris, thanks for the help, it worked great, the entire boot takes 15 seconds!!! this is amazing. there is one more problem I have with this board is that about 1 in 10 boots the machine halts in the middle of the boot and I need to do hard restart. Hi Chris, thanks for the help, it worked great, the entire boot takes 15 seconds!!! this is amazing. there is one more problem I have with this board is that about 1 in 10 boots the machine halts in the middle of the boot and I need to do hard restart.
