Hello prada, I have retested all scenario with Ubuntu 11.04 in libreoffice and I have seen that there is not take a much time to load the openerp_report_designer plugins and it is working as usual. I didn't face the problem from openerp_report_designer plugins. So currently I am closing this bug if you still face the problem then you can reopen this with more information.
