[Bug 611983] Re: Evolution [Open Link In Browser] not working for new eBay email hyperlinks
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 149964 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/149964 Sorry, I was wrong in my comment #5. The bug #149964 is about generating hyperlinks for showing at the message window/panel. The function camel_url_decode() plays no role on that bug. [Bug 268977] Re: CD tray opens by itself
It is not an issue anymore. [Bug 268977] [NEW] CD tray opens by itself
Public bug reported: I have several machines running Ubuntu 8.04. One of them is a Dell Latitude D630, and its CD tray opens by itself several times a day. There are no steps to reproduce, as it occurs when resuming from suspend (but not always) and sometimes when opening new applications (Firefox, for instance). The hard disk on this D630 was running on another machine, a Dell D520. The bug also occurred on that older machine, which makes me suspect of a software bug instead of a hardware bug. [Bug 60406] APT proxy configuration
Public bug reported: Ubuntu 6.06.1 LTS Synaptic has a menu option for settings preferences, in which we can find a Network tab to set APT proxy options. The problem is that Synaptic does not seem to configure APT to use this proxy configuration. So, apt-get and dselect does not work when needed in a proxy-only environment. Also, as update-notifier depends on APT doing its job automatically (via cronjob), user never sees notify icon when there are updated packages in the repositories. In my opinion, Synaptic should create a file named /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/00proxy containing the following: Acquire{ HTTP::proxy http://server:port;; FTP::proxy http://server:port;; } Of course, server and port would be filled with information provided by user in the Network tab. ** Affects: synaptic (Ubuntu) Importance: Untriaged Status: Unconfirmed -- APT proxy configuration https://launchpad.net/bugs/60406 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
