Open up the Update Manager, and click on the Settings... button bottom left; this opens up the Software Sources window. Click on the Updates tab, and then check off the box next to where it says Pre-released updates (oneiric-proposed). Close the software sources window, and click on the Check button in update manager to reload the software info.
