[Bug 760237] [NEW] Menus on the menu bar are not updated in Emacs
Public bug reported: Emacs should show different menus in the menu bar depending on context. For example when pressing M-x a Minibuff menu should be added to the bar. In unity it's not shown at all and in Ubuntu Classic it shows up but is empty. Basically it doesn't show any menus that are added after the program starts up. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/760237 Title: Menus on the menu bar are not updated in Emacs -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 760237] Re: Menus on the menu bar are not updated in Emacs
I've made another test and if I evaluate (menu-bar-mode nil) to hide the menu bar and then (menu-bar-mode t) to show it again all the menus show up correctly. So i guess it's a problem with refreshing the menus. If there's anymore info that you require just let me know and I'll try to help. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/760237 Title: Menus on the menu bar are not updated in Emacs -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 754568] Re: [natty]Firefox stops responding with the fglrx driver
I get the same behavior. Simply doing Alt+Tab to switch to another window and then back to FF will make FF stop redrawing content, at which point you have to minimize-maximize to get it to work properly. I'm also using fglrx. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/754568 Title: [natty]Firefox stops responding with the fglrx driver -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
