hello, have exact same problem. Upgraded to 16.10 from a working 16.04 and now when 16.10 boots up I'm I cant login because the mouse and keyboard do not work. It connects to WiFi without issues. How could I install the xserver-xorg-input-all without a working keyboard/mouse? The keyboard works when I go into the advanced menu options.
