Is this ever gonna work? Other workarounds too don't seem to be working anymore. Somehow this has a really low severity when it really shouldn't. Sure, one can disable the scroll bar and menu bar but that will make it disappear from th normal xfce4-terminal window as well. Looks like this an issue related to boards with Intel integrated graphics. I may be wrong.
