sry my bad english, also: the driver "openchrome" causes system freeze
after the start of the X server. (ctrl+alt+del/backspace and ttys won't
work, just the hard reset)

still on ubuntu 8.10 the driver "openchrome" causes the system to freeze 2-3 
secs after the start of the X server.
"vesa" works.

Yes, after few seconds i get freeze. Before the freeze, the whole system
works good. Maybe a hardware error?
With vesa everything works good. (but i don't have any video
acceleration)
