I have Ubuntu Breezy that was upgrated to Dapper. The yelp was broken somewhere on upgrading process. After you suggestion (removing some file), yelp is working! Thanks you very much! Alas, I can't tell you is a bug appear only on upgrading from Breezy to Dapper, because I haven't install Dapper from CD.
