[Bug 1574850] Re: Wireless card works till the point, I install the Nvidia drivers

2016-04-25 Thread Benjamin-Saul
I think you are right Phillip, I think that it has something to do with
the kernal that shipped with 16.04. I was able to fix the problem with
doing a full upgrade, using the command sudo apt-get upgrade and that
seemed to add a few fixes and one of them being the ability for the wifi
to start.

[Bug 1574850] [NEW] Wireless card works till the point, I install the Nvidia drivers

2016-04-25 Thread Benjamin-Saul
Public bug reported:

I am having trouble with my wireless card, it works fine in the
installer, and then to the point I have to install the Nvidia drivers
and then after the reset I loss the ability to use my wireless card. The
card is a Ralink - RT3290. It seems like the device fails to start at
boot. I am able to use Ubuntu 15.10 with no problems it only seems to be
since moving to 16.04 that I have had trouble

[Bug 674785] [NEW] Left Click on mouse stops working after I use my media keys (Ubuntu 10.10)

2010-11-12 Thread Benjamin Saul McCulloch
Public bug reported:

When I use the media keys on my keyboard (Microsoft Digital Media
Keyboard 3000) & Mouse (Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 v2.0) the
left mouse button stops working, if I reboot I am able to use the left
click again until I use the media keys. Any help fixing the bug would be
grate.
