Korean keyboards have a hangul key on the keyboard, it is in the location of the right alt key on a us keyboard. The key is supposed to be a toggle key to switch between Korean characters and Latin characters. Previously (Ubuntu 12.10 and before) you were able to set this key to switch input methods, now the text entry settings will not allow it to be set (switch to next source) . [Bug 880876] [NEW] Unity causes ibus to not work correctly
Public bug reported: When using unity the ibus input does not work correctly for the Korean language. When typing in Korean the space appears before the previous character rather than after it should. When under unity-2d and gnome-shell the ibus input works correctly. Issues only arise when using unity.
