I can confirm this bug too. It seems to affect epiphany and firefox-3.5. Yes i have compiz/beryl enabled. If you disable, it shows a messing screen with some of the users but not showing in it in a nice way. As requested i am attaching the screenshot. Come on guys, There is already a year this bug is open. This problem is critical to corporation deployments. I'm having the same problem with libnss-ldap + lipam-krb5 authentication under Feisty and Gutsy. When gnome-screensaver lock up.
