things that could trigger this issue: randomly, sometimes moving a
chromium tab into another windows made it crash, sometimes i didn't do
anything but it crashed.

this time it crashes when i did nothing, with a message in
dmesg/journalctl:

```

no other report found in Xorg.X.log or Xsession.errors.

[Bug 1743139] Re: java.security.InvalidAlgorithmParameterException: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty

This issue still exists in 18.04 and affects almost everyone i know
using ubuntu 18.04.

The scripts of whatever package should only generate jks keystore
instead of pkcs12.
