I've not selected any style from the preferences-dialog (maybe because I can't find this setting), but after looking the installed packages I've noticed that no one of openoffice.org-style* packages were installed. Now I've installed these packages and finally always works fine. Is not a bug, this problem raise when an appropriate openoffice.org- style* package is missing. I have a P4 at 2.4 GHz with 1GB of RAM and 150 GB of free disk space. No, only the standard logging information. The computer doesn't crash, but it freezes completely. Public bug reported: When I upgrade my system with apt-get, all works fine except when there is a linux image update. In this situation, the upgrade hangs my system during the unpacking of the new linux image. I must restart my computer in safe-mode, then execute dpkg --configure -a.
