[Bug 792983] Re: Randomly halts to console and BUG: unable to handle kernel paging request at 0000000200000010

2011-06-13 Thread CoskiBukowski
I talked to who sold me the mainboard and CPU and he told me to update
the BIOS. Since i've done this, the PC has been on for 5 days without
any problem, so I'm pretty sure the problem was because of an old bugged
bios, and it's all solved now. Sorry for the trouble. Bye!

[Bug 792983] Re: Randomly halts to console and BUG: unable to handle kernel paging request at 0000000200000010

2011-06-06 Thread CoskiBukowski
I'm thinking it could be a CPU problem. The PC is really new, only 2 weeks, and
now I notice it does some beeps at boot, in the beep codes index it says 4
beeps is "bad processor"...
The reason I started suspecting on the CPU is because yesterday i booted
Windows and used it until today when it also crashed, so I suppose it's not a
software issue but a hardware.
The CPU is still on warranty of course so I'll try to change it.
Whenever I have any more info I'll post again.
Regards

[Bug 57789] Re: Crossfading option causes skipping

2008-08-25 Thread CoskiBukowski
Hi. I can also confirm this bug.

I also think is somehow related to CPU and disk usage. When I'm using
CPU and/or disk intensive applications, the skipping seems more
frequent, but still random. (crossfading enabled).

Regards
