[Bug 752007] Re: javascript toLocaleDateString output format YY-MM-YYYY
I have this problem too running Lubuntu 11.10 and Firefox 10.0.2. Happens with the Zotero plugin. Enter the date in ISO format 2011-01-15...click out of the field and it shows 11-01-2011. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/752007 Title: javascript toLocaleDateString output format YY-MM- To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+bug/752007/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 800297] Re: lxpanel freezes when many programs are open and lxpanel is being used
I am getting random lxpanel freezes too (lubuntu 11.10 using latest libreoffice in the repos). Not sure if it's related but I sometimes get the following error in the terminal that started lxpanel when I close libreoffice writer:..."lxpanel : X error: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)" even though lxpanel continues to respond. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/800297 Title: lxpanel freezes when many programs are open and lxpanel is being used To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxpanel/+bug/800297/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 881433] Re: Mouse wheel doesn't scroll in 'less' pager in lxterminal
As a workaround, you can use vim as the system pager. Mouse scrolling then works, and you get the added benefit of syntax highlighting for your man pages and other files. There is a script that makes it easy called vimpager. Installation instructions are here: http://www.vim.org/scripts/script.php?script_id=1723 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/881433 Title: Mouse wheel doesn't scroll in 'less' pager in lxterminal To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxterminal/+bug/881433/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 880010] Re: Empty space in tray after every suspend.
I believe this is related to the battery icon which is controlled by the xfce4 power manager. When I set the power manager to never show the icon...I do not get the extra space added after every suspend (on a freshly installed and updated Lubuntu 11.10 eeepc 1005ha...whether on AC power or battery). I only have one laptop with Lubuntu so if anyone wants to test this work-around on another laptop: First get rid of the extra space (if any) by resetting the panel. lxpanelctl restart Then open the XFCE Power Manager. xfce4-power-manager-settings Under 'System tray icon' select 'Never show icon' and click Close. Now try suspending the computer and see if that fixes it. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/880010 Title: Empty space in tray after every suspend. [Bug 880010] Re: Empty space in tray after every suspend.
I can confirm this on a fresh install of Lubuntu 11.10 on an eeepc 1005ha. After every suspend, there is more and more empty space in the tray. Restarting lxpanel removes the space. This does not seem to occur on my desktop computer (also fresh install of Lubuntu 11.10). -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/880010 Title: Empty space in tray after every suspend. [Bug 269215] Re: There is a problem with the configuration server. (/usr/lib/libgconf2-4/gconf-sanity-check-2 exited with status 256)
Just to confirm that this problem still exists in 10.10. I started having this problem today on Ubuntu 10.10 (full disk encryption, auto login). The box pops up "There is a problem with configuration server. (/usr/lib/libgconf2-4/gconf-sanity-check-2 exited with status 256)" near the end of the boot process. I click OK and the desktop comes up. I can't think of anything I changed recently that would start this. -- There is a problem with the configuration server.
