[Bug 455939] Re: gnome-panels moves to second monitor on kms/ums switch
I fixed this by moving the cables. The problem with just dragging the panels to the right monitor is that after logging in the next time the panel applets get unsorted and don't stay right aligned and I have to move them. And when one of them shrink, when there's no weather update I have to move the applets left to the clock (indicator and notification applets). It's the same if i have less icons in the notification area. I had to remove ~/.gconf/apps/panel to reset my configuration. I think this only happen when the monitor where the panels first get created is smaller than the screen you move them to. I'll report this upstream when I have time. -- gnome-panels moves to second monitor on kms/ums switch https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/455939 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
