[Bug 1748597] Re: Please backport fix for bugs.debian.org/827015
** Description changed: [Impact] When a C++ exception is thrown with libunwind linked in, the signal mask is corrupted. The required fix is to add CONFIG_USB_UAS=y or CONFIG_USB_UAS=m to the Kconfig used by ubuntu. ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete = Confirmed -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1174105 Title: Please enable CONFIG_USB_UAS in kernel config To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1174105/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 993397] Re: vdpau not working (well) with Ubuntu12.04 Unity
I fixed this by running ccsm (you may need to sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager) - OpenGL - unchecking Sync to VBlank. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/993397 Title: vdpau not working (well) with Ubuntu12.04 Unity To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/compiz/+bug/993397/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 831768] Re: aptitude cannot handle conflicts with multiarch enabled
I managed to rebuild aptitude 0.6.6-1 (from debian unstable). This also required rebuilding libgtest-dev and google-mock from debian unstable. Once installed, I can confirm that this is definitely an improvement: i386 packages are labelled as package:i386. aptitude still wants to remove all the :i386 packages whenever there is any sort of conflict. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/831768 Title: aptitude cannot handle conflicts with multiarch enabled To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/aptitude/+bug/831768/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Scratch the part about the conflict, it was justified in this case :) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/831768 Title: aptitude cannot handle conflicts with multiarch enabled To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/aptitude/+bug/831768/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 475936] Re: race condition between encrypted device creation and mountall probing with random-encrypted devices (swap, tmp)
I'm having a problem with this as well. With Steve's fix, mkdir -p /var/run/cryptsetup/... fails because / is mounted read-only at the time. This then prevents cryptsetup from setting the correct mode (1777). If I change /var/run/cryptsetup/... to /mnt in cryptdisk.functions everything works fine. -- race condition between encrypted device creation and mountall probing with random-encrypted devices (swap, tmp) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/475936 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 161977] [Ubuntu Mirroring] cdicons in htaccess should use relative paths
Public bug reported: */htaccess files for ubuntu-releases list the following: AddIcon /cdicons/folder.png ^^DIRECTORY^^ AddIcon /cdicons/iso.png .iso AddIcon /cdicons/jigdo.png .jigdo .template AddIcon /cdicons/list.png .list .manifest .html MD5SUMS MD5SUMS.gpg AddIcon /cdicons/torrent.png .torrent With url's such as http://fr.releases.ubuntu.com/7.10/ the file icons are displayed correctly. However, with url's such as http://mirrors.gigenet.com/ubuntu/7.10/ the icons do not get displayed since http://mirrors.gigenet.com/cdicons does not exist (but http://mirrors.gigenet.com/ubuntu/cdicons does). To fix this, relative url's should be used for the icons: AddIcon ../cdicons/folder.png ^^DIRECTORY^^ AddIcon ../cdicons/iso.png .iso AddIcon ../cdicons/jigdo.png .jigdo .template AddIcon ../cdicons/list.png .list .manifest .html MD5SUMS MD5SUMS.gpg AddIcon ../cdicons/torrent.png .torrent In the kubuntu/*/.htaccess files this needs to look like: AddIcon ../../cdicons/folder.png ^^DIRECTORY^^ AddIcon ../../cdicons/iso.png .iso AddIcon ../../cdicons/jigdo.png .jigdo .template AddIcon ../../cdicons/list.png .list .manifest .html MD5SUMS MD5SUMS.gpg AddIcon ../../cdicons/torrent.png .torrent ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- [Ubuntu Mirroring] cdicons in htaccess should use relative paths https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/161977 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
