[Bug 21186] Re: grub uses wrong bootparameters with sda after install

2006-12-14 Thread David Corrales
I can confirm this bug on my system. I'm using an IDE drive and an additional
SATA. Normally, grub-config wouldn't hose my system, but on the Dec 13th
upgrade, it did.
My root line was changed from (0,4) to (1,4) and left me with an unbootable
system for a while (since it was hard to diagnose because the error was #15,
File not found).

[Bug 103391] Wrong keyboard map for English

2007-04-05 Thread David Corrales
Public bug reported:

During some time now, while using Feisty I got this bug (not present in Edgy)
with the "\" key in my English mapped keyboard.
The keyboard indicator on my panel tells me my current layout is English (I
have Spanish also), and showing my current layout reflects my actual keyboard
correctly (Dell Inspiron 9300). The "\" key (right above the Enter key), will
print "ç" instead of the expected "\" char.

[Bug 109312] Tray icon plugin works erratically

2007-04-23 Thread David Corrales
Public bug reported:

When using the system tray plugin notification icon, I get an erratic
behavior. For example, initially, if I click on the tray icon (to hide
the xchat-gnome window), I get an error similar to this one: "xchat
gnome plugin called without a valid context". The window is not hidden
of course.

[Bug 174006] After running pcsx, the keyboard repeat will stop working

2007-12-04 Thread David Corrales
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: pcsx

[Bug 109312] Tray icon plugin works erratically

[Bug 103391] Wrong keyboard map for English

2007-04-05 Thread David Corrales
Public bug reported:

During some time now, while using Feisty I got this bug (not present in Edgy)
with the "\" key in my English mapped keyboard.
The keyboard indicator on my panel tells me my current layout is English (I
have Spanish also), and showing my current layout reflects my actual keyboard
correctly (Dell Inspiron 9300). The "\" key (right above the Enter key), will
print "ç" instead of the expected "\" char.
Again, this is a new bug in feisty since I don't have problems on my Edgy box.

[Bug 174006] After running pcsx, the keyboard repeat will stop working

2007-12-04 Thread David Corrales
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: pcsx

As the name states, after running PCSX and playing a game, my keyboard
repeat function stops working. For example, pressing the letter x and
keeping the key pressed does not repeat the x character (i.e. xx).
This is fixed when I reboot the system.

I can confirm this bug on my system. I'm using an IDE drive and an additional

[Bug 109312] Tray icon plugin works erratically

2007-04-23 Thread David Corrales
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xchat-gnome

When using the system tray plugin notification icon, I get an erratic
behavior. For example, initially, if I click on the tray icon (to hide
the xchat-gnome window), I get an error similar to this one: "xchat
gnome plugin called without a valid context". The window is not hidden
of course.

After a while, and after switching desktops and windows, the icon starts
working and does so until I close the program. When reopened, the bug is
back.

This was not happening in Edgy. Now after upgrading to Feisty, I get the
bug in both my machines.
