[Bug 1613264] Re: Virt-manager Spice console not working
Hi, I got it working using this magic incantation: apt install gir1.2-spice-client-gtk-3.0 Yes, it's still broken, but at least you perhaps get stuff done. Hope that helps! -=david=- -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1613264 Title: Virt-manager Spice console not working To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/virt-manager/+bug/1613264/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1417962] Re: 6b34 regression: jps as root does not show classname anymore but instead 'process information unavailable' for processes running as non-root user
Hi, Not sure where I should post this, but I've just hit this bug with Java 8 java version "1.8.0_31" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_31-b13) Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.31-b07, mixed mode) # update-alternatives --config java There is 1 choice for the alternative java (providing /usr/bin/java). SelectionPath Priority Status 0/usr/lib/jvm/java-8-oracle/jre/bin/java 20012 auto mode * 1/usr/lib/jvm/java-8-oracle/jre/bin/java 20012 manual mode # uname -a Linux java-test-1 3.13.0-45-generic #74-Ubuntu SMP Tue Jan 13 19:36:28 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux I had to do the workaround (by creating the symlink) in order for VisualVM to see the data coming from the running JVM. I would be happy to move/report this issue if someone could suggest a more appropriate area to post in. Thank you. -=david=- -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1417962 Title: 6b34 regression: jps as root does not show classname anymore but instead 'process information unavailable' for processes running as non-root user To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openjdk-6/+bug/1417962/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 207127] Re: fn key doesn't work in hardy with macbook pro fourth generation (4, 1)
Hi, I too would like to see this fixed. Yes, I could recompile my own kernel as described above, but for those out there not comfortable about doing this, having this bug squashed and released as an official kernel update would be great! -=david=- -- fn key doesn't work in hardy with macbook pro fourth generation (4,1) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/207127 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 195208] Re: rythmbox doesn't work for iPod touch
Hi, Just tried this with an ipod touch on hardy heron and it still doesn't work. I update hardy every day with updates (last one was a few mins ago). Rhythmbox is 0.11.5-0ubuntu1 When I plug in the touch I get HAL reporting a new device and that's it. -=david=- -- rythmbox doesn't work for iPod touch https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/195208 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 110821] Re: derby/javadb is duplicated in multiverse: sunwderby (glassfish) and sun-java6-javadb (Sun Java 6)
Hi, Thanks for the feeback, I think we are considering option 1 - making glassfish depend on sun-java6-jre and sun-java6-javadb. It seems to be the favoured approach since Java 6 is also available in the Multiverse. -=david=- -- derby/javadb is duplicated in multiverse: sunwderby (glassfish) and sun-java6-javadb (Sun Java 6) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/110821 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 5823] Re: Recent changes seem to have broken electricsheep
Hi, Tried: XLIB_SKIP_ARGB_VISUALS=1 /usr/bin/electricsheep --zoom 1 --root 1 but it doesn't work for me. I've got an ATI X1600 and running gnome-screensaver. I get the sheep in the top left hand corner as a box, bu the rest of the screen is black. I've also got Option "VideoOverlay" "on" Option "OpenGLOverlay" "off" in my xorg.conf as recommended in the posting 2 up.
