Confirming in Ubuntu Feisty Herd 5 I can confirm this bug in a fresh install of Ubuntu Feisty Herd 5, there is no icon in the menu/office. Thanks for this bug report. Below, upstream author's response about this bug : "Maybe it is a problem with the keyboard layout. KeePassX can only auto-type characters which are present in the active keyboard layout, if a char is not found then the Xlibs will cause a crash. I will try to implement a test before auto-typing to avoid such crashs in future versions. But in general i don't think that it will ever be possible to use non-keyboard chars for auto-typing."
